The other players are 100% real, but we'll need to wait for the initial interest to dwindle before the game becomes very playable again lol - A good number of people is 20-30, but we have 100+ - It will lag and the world will be eaten up :D
This project is a test for whether a Massive Multiplayer Online Sandbox world.
You will notice the level takes a while to show all players 'edits'. This is normal as the game catches up over the first few minutes of play. The longer people have been playing, the longer it can take to see their changes! That's the deal I'm afraid :)
Controls:
[Cursor Keys / WASD] to move
[Click] to mine / place
[1..9] Switch Hotbar for placement
[R / Green Flag] Respawn / Keep Items
[U] Enable fly mode when stuck in Land Claims
[N] Show player slots
[T] to Talk (or C for chat... whatever!)
[F] Eat food
[Space] over a tile to see who changed it
