The tower is the tower of the most powerful sorcerers, Zephyris. He has an enormous treasure, so he has chosen to protects his tower with monsters. But Zephyris is getting old and tired of climbing stairs. So he chooses to kich out the monsters and destroy his tower until there's JUST ONE LEVEL left.
