You will have the job to choose the pickaxe for your workers, pointing out where to mine (the block is actually a 1m x 1m x 1m in total so thats pretty big), and the last but not least. You Operator can also Buy the Dynamite to explosive a large portion of area, but be aware. Only blow up the area with lot of ores or else you will lose a bunch of money, there's currently 3 type of dynamite. You can also buy 3 type of superpowers, the first 2 will boost the money by 1.5, 2 based off the power, the third one will decrease the mining time (applied to all pickaxe) by 0.5 seconds, super effective during mid game and early game.
Basic Tutorial:
